As fabrication and development specialists of many decades of experience, we've built up an enviable design and development capability through our own internal needs. And now we can offer that service to a wider audience with the creation of this sister company, Cad Innovation Ltd. Our agency also offers the option for clients to have their designs manufactured through our fabrication company, keeping your projects in one set of skilled and experienced hands. Initially, we would need to create digital models of all the components and assemblies, as we would for any project. However, from this point onward, significant time savings can be achieved. At the most basic level, we can reuse these part and assembly models in each new project. On a more advanced level, we can develop a menu- and equation-based model, which drastically reduces the time required for modeling and drawing.

As manufacturers ourselves, we can assist in researching and optimizing for better manufacturing methods. Once everything is finalized, it’s simply a matter of extracting drawings and production files from the model we’ve developed. Site plans and factory floor layouts can accommodate new items, which can be moved around to determine the best placement. Elements like structures, pipework, and wiring can be toggled on and off for clarity. Because our models are to exact scale, we can quickly assess dimensions relative to surrounding items.
